We ship Australia-wide, with all orders dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Change of mind: you have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund — it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns (not exchanges), and original shipping costs aren't refunded. Exchanges (different size or colour) are available on like-new items with no restocking fee, though you'll cover return shipping.

This doesn't apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described — for those, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
