At Botanic Baby, we are committed to sustainable, ethical, and local production. Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalised just for you using our on-demand knitting technology, our shipping timelines reflect the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your heirloom pieces.
1. Order Processing Times
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following lead times:

In-Stock Items (Nappies, Accessories): Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

On-Demand Knitwear: As these items are knitted to order in our Melbourne facility, please allow 5–10 business days for manufacturing before dispatch.

Personalised Items: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for embroidery or custom monogramming.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the made-to-order items are ready.
Note: During peak seasonal periods (such as the Christmas Summer season), processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia)
We ship all orders via Australia Post or carbon-neutral courier partners depending on domestic or commercial/International orders.
We have no pass through additional costs - what we are charged is the cost to ship.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary depending on your location (especially in rural or regional areas).
3. International Shipping
We love sharing our Australian-made quality with the world. We offer international shipping to the following regions and prices please see Australia Post for costs.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
4. Click & Collect (Melbourne Only)
If you are local to Melbourne, you can choose to collect your order from our warehouse.

Notification: You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email once your items have been manufactured/processed and/or you can organise appointment time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery directly via the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of the delivery date. For damaged items, please include photographs of the packaging and the product so we can expedite a replacement for you.
7. Sustainable Packaging
In line with our circular economy mission, your order will be shipped in compostable or recyclable packaging. We encourage you to reuse or compost your mailers in accordance with local guidelines.
