**Change-of-mind returns** This policy applies to change-of-mind returns. Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be eligible for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase. To start a return, email [email protected] and we’ll assign you a tracking number. Mail your returned item to: Returns, Botanic Baby, 19 Smethurst St, Cranbourne VIC 3977, Australia Include a signed letter in your package stating the reason for return, along with your original receipt. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. **Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items** This doesn’t apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described — for those, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. **Exchanges** Items in like-new condition may be exchanged for a different size or colour with no restocking fee — return shipping is still the customer’s responsibility. Made-to-measure items can only be exchanged if faulty. **Your consumer guarantees** Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
