If you are expecting a premmie/small baby (1.5-3kg) you may prefer to use the newborn bundle includes newborn nappy covers for your first months, but we recommend for babies 4kg and up start with with this pack. These nappies can be used in the newborn cover by folding them on their short side.

Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide, with all orders dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Change of mind: you have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund — it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns (not exchanges), and original shipping costs aren't refunded. Exchanges (different size or colour) are available on like-new items with no restocking fee, though you'll cover return shipping.

This doesn't apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described — for those, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
